[daip] CLCOR/VLBAEOPS bug

Unfortunately I cannot reproduce the problem.  This is odd because you 
and I should be running the same version of AIPS.  You are not doing 
this on a Mac or anything are you.  Make sure you are using version tst. 
  So, could you try it again and see if the same thing happens.  This 
time save all the VLBAEOPS messages and send them to me.  You can re-run 
VLBAEOPS on the TASAVed file, just be sure to delete the CL table that 
CLCOR/VLBAEOPS produced.
