No, IMAGR got the correct (J2000) values as in the main body of the
header. UVFIX and IMAGR did precisely what I expected.

It was, almost. I did the precession independently and got:

   = 14 16 52.951 +10 48 26.70  J2000.00  J2000.00  FK5  0.000    0.0
  -> 14 14 26.376 +11 02 18.35  B1950.00  B1950.00  FK4
