What your header says is that UVFIX did NOT change the observed RA/Dec
to J2000 (otherwise where did IMAGR get the 1950 values?).  Did you
run UVFIX on a multi-source file or a single-source file?  Same
question for IMAGR?

The entire image should be shifted by degrees away from where you
expect since FLATN really uses the coordinates.  I would expect the
image to be blank.
