A trivial issue with CPASS; the task is not always writing the values of
CPARM to the history file.

I see that as it is writing the antenna weights to the history file, it
uses the condition:

IF ((IERR.NE.0) .OR. (NUMANT.LE.LIMIT)) GO TO 190

Since (NUMANT.LE.LIMIT) generally ends up as true for VLBA, I believe it
always skips to 190 and closes the history file without having written the
CPARMs to it.
