[daip] CLCORPRM in CLCOR and 'PCAL'

Hi,

Analysing some old MKIII data I noticed that while I can have 28 IFs in my 
dataset (MKIII Mode A with split sidebands) I cannot enter 28 manual 
phase-cals in CLCOR as CLCORPRM can only store 20 elements. I admit it's a 
rare case. With some pain I could read the data in again with MK3IN and not 
split the sidebands => 14 IFs, but it is still an unpleasant feature of 
CLCOR/CLCORPRM.
