[daip] New Problem with Message anf Tekserv

Eric,

You installed a new version of aips for me.  When I went to run it this
morning neither the message serve or the tekserv windows came up.  Here is
the aips output when I login:

XAS: ** TrueColor FOUND!!!

It acts as tho it opens the windows but then they seem to instantly die. 
I have tried adding the necessary info into the .cshrc file but it does
not seem to help.  I have also made sure that the appropriate imputs are
in the /etc/services file.  Any ideas whats going on?
