[daip] radius blanking

It would be nice if either BLANK or PBCOR would have
the option to blank beyond a certain angular radius.

PBCOR does this beyond a certain correction, but it
individually may be more useful to set the limit on
bandwidth or time averaging smearing too without hand
calculating an approximate corresponding pb-correction
(I'll do both pb-correction and smearing)

I can get around it using IMMODing a disk for each of
the pointings, and blank on that, but I think PBCOR or
BLANK can do it very easily. Anyway no hurry
