Hi Lynn,

I did the boxcar by hand for BR and the numbers I come up with for the 
average are exactly what SNSMO gives.  The reason the last two scans 
have all the same value is that they are for a different source, and 
therefore smoothed separately.  Below are the numbers I used if you want 
to check my conclusions.  Remember for a 6 hour boxcar include values 
with times +-3 hrs from the value being smoothed.  So the first and 
second point are the average of the first 10 values, the third point is 
the average of the first 11 values, etc..
