Vivek, The new CLCOR is available now. It picks up the leap second from the CT table and add it to the USNO UT1-TAI before the interpolation. The new version does not include the rare case when the leap second jump occurs duaring the observation . I'll think about this rare case later. Can you try the new CLCOR with your 2006 data?
