[daip] aips installation

I just logged back in, got as far as casper and did an ls on the
aips_root area.  That hung in the middle of the display and I
eventually simply killed the window.  Making a different window, I ran
MAKE.BMNJ and edited the UPDCONFIG file in $SYSLOCAL so that your
e-mail address and the cvs address are there.  I even ran a MNJ which
worked.  So at least when there is nothing to do the rsync's to LOAD.
LIBR, etc appear to work.  But the hang on an ls?????

It should work for now.  The MNJ is a script called do_daily.casper
which is in your home area on casper.
