[daip] aips installation

OK,

After having Red Hat (Enterprise 4 - instead of ubuntu), I am retrying to
install aips, and as I have attached (install.log), I have similar errors
to the ones that I'd got before.

Since Eric mentioned that firewall might be a problem (rsync failed?), I
have disabled it and retried but it doesn't help. Any suggestions?
