[daip] remote tape mounts

Hi,

The remote tape mount between 2 linux machines seem to work just one time.
After the first time it gives the following error;
We could not find any lock files.

AIPS 3: AMOUNT: TAPE IS ALREADY MOUNTED BY TPMON
