        Add BASELINE to the QUACK inputs. The subroutine AN10RS is used
        to have ANTENNAS, BASELINES as inputs.
        A small error has been found in AN10RS when both ANTENNAS and
        BASELINES .GT.0. It fixed and UVCOP, UVFLG compiled with the
        corrected AN10RS.
        Moved nowhere.
