[daip] Intel compiler

Hi folks,

I see some mention in my MNJ logs of changes to make AIPS build with
the Intel compiler suite. Is this officially supported now? It doesn't
seem to be mentioned on the web pages. Having used the Intel compiler
to get significant speed-ups in other applications, I'd be keen to
rebuild AIPS here at Hertfordshire with it if it's considered suitable
for production use...
