Dear Sir,

I have the radio map of a starforming region which i got after flagging 
and running CALIB, CLCAL and then IMAGR task in AIPS. I have not yet done 
the self calibration. Now can i believe the flux value at this stage and 
use it for the calculation of the physical parameters or should i do self 
calibration and then use the flux values. The structures of my source 
almost matches with the NVSS map at this stage. Kindly guide me.
