EPOSWTCH is not what you want - run it again to undo what you have
done.  All it does is change the header.  You actually want the u,v,w
to be recomputed in J2000.  Then run UVFIX.  This uses the antenna and
source tables to recompute the u,v,w in J2000.  Then run DBCON.
