Hello.  I am attempting to combine 2 data sets (both P-band A-array data)
using DBCON.  On one of the data sets, I ran EPOSWITCH to switch its epoch
from B1950 to J2000.  The other data set is already J2000.  However, the
data set that has been EPOSWITCHed now has it's DEC axis rotated (by -0.28).
DBCON will not let me combine these two data sets now.  Is there any way
that I will be able to combine these two data sets?
