You have stumbled across an error in the code that has been there
since we started the rcs system in 1990.  Bote that the error messages
changed when you fixed the random parameters.  It now complains that
the RA **axis** is missing.  The tests for axis values does not test
for the other kinds of coordinates while the random parameter tests
cover all reasonable sky coordinate types.

I do not know why these lines are commented out - the history is too
far back to read the CHANGE.DOC entry.  I can and will change it so
that single-dish data will test for all axis types.

In the mean time I would like you to do a test.

Take the image with a good header (both GLONs and GLATs) and do a
CELGAL on it.  Then try SDIMG.  Do you get good coordinates or is it
messed up?
