[daip] Moving user files

They are all negligable:

MS - message files
CA - the old catalog file now not needed
SG - SAVE/GET files for users who had no data

I forget what else was there but none are data files.

Good - we do not need to do anything - you can delete the files with
no extensions.

Thanks for your help with the compiler - the docs you pointed me at
are much better than what I had.
