[daip] AMD64 libXext problem solved

Dear daip people,

  Thanks for your guidance. The libXext error was an inappropriate library switch in

Y/SERVERS/XAS/Makefile

it was 

-L/usr/X11R6/lib

rather than

-L/usr/X11R6/lib64

 With this change, XAS links without reported error. I am proceeding with INSTEP4. I do wonder whether I will have runtime errors with dynamically linked libraries, but that is still future.
