[daip] TACOP bogus message causing more user confusion.

UVFLG appears to work now on the data coming out of the correlator.
The relevant lines of the flag table now get removed. I hope that
programs don't hiccup because the FG table goes from row 351 to row 353,
with no row 352, for example!
