[daip] FRING message

We (Eric e-mailed me from Oxford) suspect this is a INTEL compiler 
issue.  I have compiled FRING using the gnu compiler in my 
~amiodusz/aips area.  To run it:

1) outside of AIPS:
     setenv AMY /users/amiodusz/aips
     (do a echo $AMY to test)

2) start AIPS in same window

3) set vers='AMY'

4) run FRING

Tell me if the message goes away.  If it does I will grab your data and 
I will track it down.
