Not to me actually or to Bill Cotton who designed this or to Leonia
who works with it all the time.
You somehow expected that the "delay" column of the CL table should
get the one fixed delay value plus some derivative with time? It is
not reasonable to do that. The task changing the CL table is supposed
to provide time varying delays and you have stopped it from doing
that.
