Why are you using HORUS at all ?  I think IMAGR is the task of
choice.  If you have some reason for choosing HORUS over IMAGR
please let us know.  I can't say for sure why HORUS is upset over 
your data.  Try IMAGR, and if there are still problems, let me know.
(We'll certainly need more info about your data if indeed IMAGR has
problems.)
