I made a short version of my data set for which CALIB fails to actually
write the SN table, but doesn't say anything about it.  The problem
exists for this sort data set, simplifying testing.

I had been running with doflag=2.5.  When I set doflag=0, I get an 
output SN table.  That narrows it down.

Now I hear you wondering if it is a Mac problem.  I moved the small file 
and the images to my linux box (eolus) and tried again.  The problem 
repeats, so it is not a Mac problem.

Eric visited and while here, we found that the SN4 actually is there on 
disk, but just didn't get cataloged.  This all should narrow things
down quite a bit.

Now we do have the data files on eolus which can be cross mounted, 
unlike my Mac.  They are on disk 1 under user 2263:
