[daip] CXPOLN and CXCLN: missing linear polarization?

Unfortunately, no one in the aips group (such as it is) knows anything
much about the CXPOLN procedure and CXCLN program.  The former was
last changed on Jan 22, 1999 for the spelling of qbeam et al.  The
latter was last changed on April 13, 1998 by Chris Flatters for a
problem setting the default window.  I expect that the program was
actually used by him around then.  The previous change was in 1995 to
honor the AP device Class and changes in 1994 were for extended hex
(file naming changed), type specification in PUT calls, and bad call
sequences.

Bill's suggestion of comparing the dirty images **and beams** from
IMAGR and the inputs to CXCLN from CXPOLN is a good one.
