[daip] AIPS and the Intel compiler

I have just attempted to build aips with the intel compiler and have
had bad results.  Two tasks led to internal compiler errors.  The rest
build but UVMAP abourted and MAGR went into infinite loop.  I rebuold
these two with no optimisation and both ran.  But messages from them
suggest that neither produced correct answers.

What parameters dd you use to the compilers?
