[daip] Build Issues

Hi Eric, 

Thanks for the speedy reply!  I appreciate it.  I did in fact run that 
command, but I'm relatively new to AIPS so I wasn't really sure how the 
output was relevant.

If there is some documentation out there that explains how to do this, 
feel free to shoot that over to me and tell me to RTM.  I probably
