[daip] Build Issues

Did you try doing this?  It will tell you which routine did not
compile.  Then you could visit INSTEP2.LOG, search for that routine
and look at the messages that accompany it.  If they do not make sense
to you - send them to me.  Please do not send the whole file - just
the messages for the particular routine or routines involved.
