I have prepared the first version of CLCOR with the new opcode='eops', 
which designed to correct EOP correction carried out by correlator.

You can pick up the files CLCOR.FOR, CLCOR.HLP  from my computer 
directory home/bonito/AIPS/BUG

CLCOR takes EOP parameters used by correlator from CT table and takes 
the 'good'
EOP parameters from the file at web side. The address of this file is 
given at CLCOR.HLP.

CLCOR can use different days at the vicinity of the observation day. 
Default is five days
with the observation day as the second of the five.

Please use now the default (CLCORPRM=0).

I hope I use the right sign for correction.  But you can to play with 
the sign of the three components of the corrections (UT1-UTC, XPOL, 
YPOL) using the three input temporal parameters: CLCORPRM(2,3,4).
