[daip] error message in MNJs

I discovered an unwanted directory in the CVS build tree (not present
in the actual master directory tree).  If your system contaions this
directory, your MNJ will contain an error message saying that that
directory is missing.  The MNJ works anyway, so it is simply an
irritation.  To get rid of the warning message


On all systems you support

cd $AIPS_ROOT/TEXT
rm UPDATE/CVS/*
rmdir UPDATE/CVS/
rmdir UPDATE/
