Feature request:

PCCOR currently does two things:
   1. Correct delays/phases using pulse cals
   2. Correct delays/phases using cable cals

Using CUTOFF one can enable or disable #2 above.  There is no provision to 
only do #2 though, which would be useful for experiments that did not 
observe with pulse cals.  Would it be possible for such a switch to be 
added?  Perhaps CUTOFF = -1 could trigger this?
