Do not do the install over again.  It is not necessary to do that to
run a single program!  Do the

cd $AIPS_ROOT
. LOGIN.SH
$CDTST

cd $LIBR
mv libg2c.so libg2c.so.0

Then

RUN FILAIP

with answers

RUN POPSGN

with answers

0 POPSDAT TST
