[daip] gcc 3.4.4?

We had some trouble with 3.4.2 although the usual tests all passed.
That trouble was reported to GNU and a fix was listed in the change
list for 3.4.3.  We have not tested 3.4.4 extensively although it was
used for a Mac install.

I will switch my machine to 3.4.4 and see what happens.  I do not test
much of aips in my regular work except in a random-walk sort of way.

3.2.3 is known to work well, 3.3.x are known to fail.
