{In adverb CATNO, a non-zero CATNO(1) and zero CATNO(2) is treated
 as if both CATNO(1) and CATNO(2) are 0.  It makes more sense (and
 this is what I expected) to have the above case default to 'from
 CATNO(1) until the end'
