Yes - this may not be FG tables which should have 9 columns.  Try
running PRTAB on the two data sets - consider WX tables.  They are
supposed to have 11 columns, but this changed from 10 in November
2003.  WXTAB can handle such things but basic table routines as used
by DBCON cannot.  You may have to drop one of the WX tables.
