This suggests that install.pl has become confused about what sort of
computer your machine actually is and so has not used the correct
parts of the makefile. The usual cause is a change in the name of the
computer or in the site name. Check $AIPS_ROOT/HOSTS.LIST to make
sure that your computer is correctly listed and add its correct
listing - e.g. LOCALHOST if you said yes to the laptop question. The
way install.pl works, it uses your answers internally but invokes
LOGIN.SH to compile XAS and later to run INSTEP2 and INSTEP4. Thus
HOSTS.LIST must also be correct and I suspect that it is not. Then
restart install.pl.
