[daip] antenna files problem

Two points:

1. FILLM was fixed on August 3 - the test to ignore an OUT telescope
had a bug that caused it to care about an out telescope.

2. If antenna 5 moves from AW3 to AW10 the data set should be divided
in two since the arrays are really different.
