[daip] antenna files problem

Several observers have noticed that their data is
being split into separate files at "odd" times when
loading it with FILLM.

The reason seems to be when an antenna is moved
back into the array a new antenna file is created.

Kevin Healy (AH861 on Sep 2 or Sep 3) and
Chris Stockdale (AW642 on Sep 9/10)  are two examples.

Mark Claussen seemed aware of this and told me 
the observers would need to calibrate the data files separately.
