[daip] Question about DTSIM

Hi, can anyone help with our struggle to get DTSIM to produce a 
realistic fake dataset so that my student can test some questionable 
techniques for polarized intensity imaging of strong core-jet sources?

Our problem is to get reasonable errors added/multiplied to the fake uv 
data.  We tried to follow the EXPLAIN file and the example it gives, 
which led to the input file listed below. We get data, but it appears to 
have essentially zero random errors added to it.
