AS it says, you have not made sssin a system service.  For internet
TVs and message servers and remote tape drives you must make certain
numbers "known" services at least in your site.  See

the aips manager FAQ for the details.

Note that you may use Unix sockets as well for the TV et al (but not
tapes).  You do this with

aips tv=local

See HELP AIPS, CookBook chapter 2, or man aips for more info on these
local TVs (you can have several of them).
