Hi Zhiqiang,

You are using an old version of AIPS.  Updated might be of some
use, although I don't think this is the source of your problems.
The new version of CLCAL allows you to pick a range of SN tables
to merge rather than just doing all of them.

You need to run CLCAL the second time with INTERPOL 'SELF'.  You
always need to use SELF when applying amplitude calibration.  It
makes no sense to use SELF when merging, you are not interpolating
just concatenating all the SN tables.
