[daip] continued problems with remote tape mounts

Miller,

To run remote tapes the remote tape daemon process TPMON must be
running on the remote machine.  I suspect that they were not at the
time of your complaint - the start times on these are all almost
exactly the same and one hour after your helpdesk/gripe ticket.

To run TPMON on tape host xxx from your machine, start AIPS saying

aips tp=xxx

which will insure that the TPMON processes are started on xxx.
