[daip] continued problems with remote tape mounts

As I said last night I could not mount on PECDA, MIZAR , HAMAL
and today I cannot mount on DUBHE. 

However I can mount on ZAURAK. But Katherine Blundell is using this
tape unit now.

I get the usual error message.
