Thanks for following up on this - it turns out that the antenna
positions are checked before the frequency is known and further that
the antenna positions are offset from the usual for all bands when Q
band and Pie Town are involved.  Added code to react to 29 OUT
antennas to try the positions shifted as well no matter what the
frequency.

The MNJ on Monday should carry a corrected version of the code.
