[daip] aips install problem

I have never seen this before.  It is as if PP.EXE has not written
anything.

Try

cd $AIPS_ROOT
source LOGIN.CSH
$CDTST

COMRPL $AIPSUB/ADVERB NOPURGE

then cd $PREP
ls

There really should be a file $PREP/ADVERB.f for the compiler to see.
