    This says that the user 06W = 248 does not have CAtalog files on
disks 1, 2, 3, and 6.  In aips, type
RESTART
then enter user number 248 and read the messages.  There should be
error messages about failing to create the CA files - probably you
need w privilege on the directories holding the data files.  Your user
number may of course be prohibited from these disks but then I would
think that you would not be able to start at all.

Usually all aips users belong to a single aipsuser account either as
their main or a secondary group.  Then the directories and rw
privilege for the group.
