Neglect my previous e-mail, I found the bug.

Plot filea are supposed to have all the adverb values filled in so
that EXTLIST can list them.  I fixed BPLOT for EXTLIST forgetting that
it does multiple plots using the defaulting.  I moved the pixrange to
a new variable which never gets changed and let the adverbs get filled
in for each plot file separately.  This bug was made in July 2003 in
the 31DEC03 version.
