[daip] help with TV display in new aips installation

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is the appropriate e-mail address to ask for
help with installing aips, but I'll give it a try.  I have just 
finished installing aips (31DEC04) and everything seems fine, 
except for the fact that it cannot open a TV display on my 
pc.  

I have a pc running the recent release of Redhat.  My first attempt 
to fix the problem was to check the /etc/services file, but that 
seems to be okay. Beyond that I have exhausted my knowledge.  Here 
is the startup message:
