Michael,
You can try UVCON.
UVCON has an option (BPARM(3).LT.0) to simulate random phase and amplitude
for each antenna.

I'm looking for something to simulate poorly calibrated antenna
phases, for example by producing a SN or CL table with random phases
in, (as opposed to UVMOD which just adds random noise to the
individual visibilities.)
This seems like a problem that someone has likely solved before - do you
guys have a way of doing this?
